Face above mine

After looking at this picture many times I have noticed a face directly above the mine. I feel it is fairly obvious. There is a person looking directly at the camera. If someone has any idea what this face represents or what or who it may resemble or what culture it may be from I would appreciate the feedback. I would like to know more about why this would be in this area. Anything would be appreciated. Thank you.
